We collect information you provide when registering a library or student account, including name, email, mobile number and library details. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and IP addresses.
We use collected data to provide and improve the Library Bro platform, enable library owners to manage students, attendance, fees and reports, send transactional emails (OTPs, invoices, notifications), and comply with applicable Indian laws.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt — we never store plain-text passwords. Database access is restricted to authorised systems only.
Library Bro is a multi-tenant platform. Each library's data is logically separated. Library owners have full control over their tenant's data. Super administrators have oversight access for platform maintenance only.
Student records including photos and contact details are visible only to the library's authorised staff. Attendance records are private. We do not use student data for advertising or third-party profiling.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@librarybro.in. We will respond within 30 days.
