By registering, listing a library, or accessing any part of the Library Bro platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all visitors, library owners, managers, staff and students.
You may use the platform only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious code, scrape data without permission, or impersonate any person or entity.
Library owners confirm that all submitted information is accurate, they have legal right to operate at the stated address, and they are solely responsible for accuracy of their listing and services provided to students.
Subscription fees are billed as per the chosen plan. Library Bro reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice. Fees paid are non-refundable except as specified in the Refund Policy.
All content on Library Bro — including the logo, design, software and text — is the intellectual property of Library Bro. Library owners retain ownership of uploaded content but grant Library Bro a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform.
Library Bro provides the platform "as is". Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
